By using DaTrack, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Description of Service

DaTrack is a personal expense tracking app for iOS. It helps you log, categorize, and review your spending. All data is stored locally on your device.

Subscriptions

DaTrack offers a free tier with basic features and a Pro subscription that unlocks the full experience:

• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Yearly: $29.99/year
• Free trial: 30 days of full Pro access

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

Auto-Renewal

Both monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings on your device.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription anytime through the App Store
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You keep Pro access until the period ends
• Refund requests are handled by Apple per their refund policy

Subscription Terms

By subscribing to DaTrack Pro:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

AI Features

DaTrack includes optional AI-powered features for parsing expenses from text and receipt images. These features use Google Gemini via OpenRouter.

• AI processing requires your explicit consent before activation
• Data is sent for real-time processing only and is not stored externally
• AI results may not always be accurate. Please verify parsed amounts and categories
• We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated data

Limitation of Liability

DaTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data stored on your device
• Inaccuracies in expense tracking or AI parsing
• Any financial decisions made based on app data
• Service interruptions or app unavailability

Use DaTrack at your own discretion. It is a tracking tool, not financial advice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
