By using Okio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Description of Service

Okio is an ADHD voice companion app for iOS. It helps you voice-dump your thoughts, automatically extract tasks using AI, and work through them one at a time. All data is stored locally on your device.

Subscriptions

Okio is fully functional for all users. Free users have access to all features with a limit of 5 voice dumps per day. Okio Pro removes this limit for unlimited voice dumps:

• Monthly: $1.99/month
• Yearly: $9.99/year
• Lifetime: $19.99 one-time purchase
• Free trial: 3 days of unlimited voice dumps

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

Auto-Renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings on your device.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription anytime through the App Store
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You keep Pro access until the period ends
• Refund requests are handled by Apple per their refund policy

Subscription Terms

By subscribing to Okio Pro:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Voice and AI Features

Okio uses Apple's speech recognition to transcribe your voice. Audio may be processed by Apple's speech services, similar to Siri. Transcribed text is sent to GPT-4o Mini via OpenRouter for AI task extraction.

• Voice audio is never recorded or stored by Okio
• Apple's speech services may process audio as part of system speech recognition
• Only transcribed text is sent for AI processing. Your voice audio is never shared.
• AI results may not always be accurate. Please verify extracted tasks
• We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated tasks

Limitation of Liability

Okio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data stored on your device
• Inaccuracies in task extraction or AI processing
• Any decisions made based on app data
• Service interruptions or app unavailability

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
