Manage or Cancel Your Subscription
Hook AI Pro is billed by Apple. To view, change, or cancel it, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, then select Hook AI. You can also cancel from the App Store: tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions.
Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple too. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Hook AI charge, and request a refund. If you need help with the steps, email us.

How does the hook analysis work?
You pick one short video. Hook AI reads its opening frames and transcribes about the first three seconds of speech on your device, then gets an AI analysis of how strong your hook is, with a score and plain language tips.
Is my video private?
The app only uses the single video you pick, never your whole library. To create the analysis it sends the frames and a short transcript to an AI service (OpenRouter, which routes to Google's Gemini), and the result comes back to your device. We do not keep that content and it is never sold. See the Privacy Policy for details.
What is the free trial?
The yearly plan starts with a 3 day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription automatically. You can cancel anytime during the trial in your Apple subscription settings and keep access until the trial ends.
What plans are available?
Hook AI Pro is offered as a weekly plan and a yearly plan, both auto renewing. The yearly plan includes the 3 day free trial. The exact price is shown in the app before you confirm and may vary by region.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Hook AI and use Restore Purchases in the app. As long as you sign in with the same Apple ID that bought Pro, your subscription restores automatically.
Why is my score not a guarantee of going viral?
Hook AI gives you guidance based on patterns in strong openings. Real performance depends on many things outside the app, like your topic, timing, and the platform. Treat the score as a coaching tool, not a promise of views.
