This app is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms add app specific details on top of that agreement.
Hook AI is an iOS app that analyzes the opening hook of a short video and returns a score with plain language feedback. You pick a video, the app reads its opening frames and a short on device transcript of your first words, and an AI service generates the analysis. The result is meant to help you improve your content.
Hook AI gives feedback based on patterns commonly seen in strong video openings. It does not guarantee any number of views, follows, engagement, or that your content will go viral. Real results depend on factors outside the app, including your topic, audience, timing, and each platform's algorithm. You are responsible for the content you create and post. Use the analysis as a coaching tool and apply your own judgment.
You own the videos and content you analyze with Hook AI. We do not claim any rights over them. You agree not to use the app to process content that is:

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. The exact price and trial terms are shown in the app at the time of purchase, and the price displayed there is the price you pay.
The yearly plan includes a 3 day free trial for eligible new subscribers. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid yearly subscription at the price shown in the app. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you start a paid subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price then in effect, unless the price has changed and you have been notified. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
By subscribing to Hook AI Pro:
If you have already bought Hook AI Pro and want to restore it on a new device or after reinstalling, use Restore Purchases in the app. Restores are handled by Apple based on your Apple ID.
You agree not to reverse engineer the app, abuse or overload the analysis service, attempt to bypass purchase requirements, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law or the rules of the platforms you post to.
